Raleigh North Carolina Lawyers Taking Clients Nationwide

The Farrell Law Group is a general practice firm which concentrates its practice primarily in the areas of:

  • Franchising : We are nationally known for our work in franchise law. With more than 30 years of experience, our attorneys represent franchise owners, franchisee associations, prospective buyers of franchises, and small to mid-sized businesses wishing to explore franchising as an expansion alternative. Our franchising practice extends nationwide.
  • Business Law : Our lawyers assist small to mid-sized businesses seeking representation in all aspects of business operations, including formation, buy-sell agreements, acquisitions, tax planning, business succession plans, and the full range of business and commercial litigation. These services are extended to clients in Raleigh and surrounding areas of North Carolina.
  • Immigration : Our lawyers work with businesses and businesspeople nationwide to meet a wide range of immigration needs, from employment matters to family-based immigration to deportation.
  • Estate Planning : We represent individuals with mid and sizable estates who need wills, trusts, health care directives, and other measures. Our estate planning work is concentrated in Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
  • Asset Protection and Tax Matters : We represent individuals and businesses regarding the development of asset protection strategies, and in representation regarding matters relating to tax preparation and IRS disputes.
  • Bankruptcy Law: We can represent you or your business in all aspects of Bankruptcy. The federal bankruptcy process allows both individuals and businesses to eliminate or repay debts under the protection of the Federal Bankruptcy Court. A bankruptcy typically involves either liquidation or a reorganization. Filing bankruptcy generally stops most creditors from seeking to collect debts, and allows the debtor a chance to either discharge debts through liquidation, or submit a plan for repayment for the court to consider.

Our attorneys offer full service, working closely with each client in any of the above areas of practice. Clients are not passed to paralegals, and are not passed from attorney to attorney. When they begin work with one attorney, they stay with that attorney for all of their legal needs.
