Stephanie Gearhart
Attorney Stephanie Gearhart attended Virginia Tech, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 2004. She received her J.D. cum laude, from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2010. She was a member of the Campbell Law Review where she served as the Symposium Editor from 2009-2010. Stephanie has experience at both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court as a judicial intern. During law school, she was named a Williston Scholar, and worked on updating Williston on Contracts, a nationally recognized contracts treatise.
Stephanie's practice at the Farrell Law Group focuses on Bankruptcy, Litigation, and Business Law. She is a member of several professional associations including the Susie Sharp Inn of Court, the Wake County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
